What to expect
No experience required—our West End fitness classes are designed for every fitness level, from beginner to expert.
What to bring
Bring a water bottle to keep you hydrated. We’ll provide mats and any necessary props for our classes, including the Mat Pilates schedule.
You can also bring a friend with you to try a class for free! Simply have them create an account. Then email: contact@soba.com.au or have them process the free intro offer.
When to arrive
We encourage new clients to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to meet your instructor, get a tour of the space, and ask any questions about the Yoga classes schedule.
