Our newest 'back to movement' pilates class is designed especially for new mums and their babies (2-10months). Here we focus on functional exercises to support and strengthen the body for the physical demands of motherhood.
This practice is as much about movement as it is about making space for yourself while still enjoying your baby. You’re welcome to have your baby beside you on the mat or include them in movements — whatever the day calls for.
Move, breathe, release and feel a bit more like yourself again.
Whatever you would normally leave the house with for you and baby
any type of capsule/container (If you don't want your baby lying with you on the mat or on the shared play mat).
To worry about a crying baby - this is a safe welcoming space (though we hope they might even enjoy this time & space with you!)
Please note if you are coming with a pram, there is a set of stairs to the entry way of soba. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early if you would like our help getting into the building.
