Pilates

MAT

Experience traditional mat Pilates. This class features a dynamic sequence of controlled exercises that engage your mind and condition your entire body. It’s a perfect blend of strength and flexibility training, focusing on abs, glutes, and arms. 


POWER 🔥 

Elevate your Pilates game with a high-energy, paced class! Power up with intense core work, planking, and targeted exercises for arms, obliques, and glutes. 

Expect to sweat and push your muscles to their limits. Note: This class is ideal for those already familiar with Pilates movements


YOGALATES

Get ready to stretch, sweat, and burn it out. Yoga meets Pilates in this fun and empowering fitness style that will give you a complete workout. Yogalates blends the best of both worlds by balancing strength and flexibility work. You’ll mix it up. Whether you’re working with no equipment or adding bands and weights for an extra burn, expect to challenge yourself.

Yoga

VINYASA

Vinyasa means "to arrange in a special way," and that's exactly what you’ll do in this class. Flow seamlessly from one pose to the next, synchronising your movements with your breath.

VINYIN

 VinYin is where flow meets slow. This transformative fusion of Vinyasa and Yin yoga begins with a dynamic, flowing sequence to build heat and awaken your body, then transitions into grounding Yin poses, inviting deep stillness and release.

Perfect for those craving balance—whether you’re resetting after a hectic week or easing tension from intense training. Expect to leave feeling refreshed, realigned, and completely in sync with yourself.


STRETCH & RESTORE

Our slowest movement class, Stretch & Restore guides you through long-held poses to deeply stretch your body and soothe your mind. Incorporating mindfulness elements—breath focus, body scans, muscle release, and meditation—you’ll leave feeling spacious and serene.

BARRE

CLASSIC
Our signature barre class is perfect for everyone—whether you're new to barre or a seasoned pro. Begin at the barre and finish on the mat, with exercises that target specific muscle groups: legs, glutes, arms, and abs.


🔥 MOVE
Get your heart pumping with this invigorating class! Similar to Barre Classic but with added jumps and a few planks, Move is designed to elevate your heart rate. Don't worry if it's fast-paced—you can always go at your own speed.


BLEND

Experience the ultimate fusion of Pilates and barre. This class hits all the major muscle groups: standing legs, glutes, inner thighs, plank, arms, obliques, and abs.
