Get your heart pumping with this invigorating class! Similar to Barre Classic but with added jumps and a few planks, Move is designed to elevate your heart rate. Don't worry if it's fast-paced—you can always go at your own speed.
MAT

POWER

Immerse yourself in the transformative power of sound with our SOBA Sound Bath. Experience a meditative journey enhanced by crystal sound bowls and aromatherapy, designed to deeply relax and harmonize your mind and body. Each of the seven bowls is tuned to 440 Hz, aligning with the seven energy centers of the body—crown, third eye, throat, heart, solar plexus, sacral, and root.
