a true believer that life is never perfectly balanced. i’m as passionate about planks as I am about crunchy peanut butter. i’m happiest when i’m near water, riding my bike in byron bay or walking the streets of my favourite city, new york. i started my career in public relations, events + marketing, but after my side squeeze took off, i haven’t looked back.

the most valuable things in life aren’t things, they’re people + experiences. the most important person is you.

i’m an open + honest sort of human. i try to lead with love, kindness + well intended blunt humour, whenever i possibly can. i feel the most like myself at the end of an intense movement class - it's as though i've cleared out the unecessary + kept only what i need to feel content + at peace. after that final deep breath together, i'm overwhelmed with how much i love you creatures. seriously - every single class.

i am a big believer is chasing your dreams, no matter how big or how impossible they may seem. when wiring the story of your life, don’t let anyone else hold the pen! I have been dancing since the age of three + my career in ballet has enabled me to travel the world, but there is still so much left to explore. i have a passion for health + wellbeing + i love learning about the many different ways in which we can create a happy, healthy + wholesome life.

i am a tea loving, foodie snob student currently studying law + working in a property law firm. when I'm not working or studying, i love to de-stress by getting out + active with other people, particularly if it involves a good boogie. i've had my fair share of struggles with mental health + i've only just started to realise how important it is to put yourself first, because when you do, life only gets better.

ever loved someone so much that you would do anything for them? make that person yourself + do whatever the hell you want.

i have always had a love affair with dance + movement. i can’t seem to escape it, nor do I want to! i am from the u.s. but studying medicine at uq. you are most likely to find me smiling and laughing. i have a twin brother + many hidden talents such as the trapeze + the ability to touch my tongue to my nose.
