we offer virtual classes seven days a week. our set times are:
6am, 7am, 9am, 12pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm 7pm aest.
one class style runs daily.
monday - barre
wednesday - pilates
thursday - pilates
friday - barre
saturday - yoga
sunday - yoga
book in via the timetable below at least 30 mins prior and a link will be emailed to you before class. this link is available to use on any device. this link is only valid for the duration of class.

the class library can be found via our app "soba west end" (apple, android) in the "community" section. SOBA class styles are barre, pilates, yoga, hiit, stretch, meditation. ranging from 15 mins, 30 mins, 45 mins and 60 mins.
