starting on the mat to warm up, you then move into the circuit for one round + a different set on the second round. challenge yourself each week with ever-changing exercises!
an amazing class for the mind + body. comparable to a yin yoga class, each stretch is held for three to five minutes, allowing time for the muscles to cease initial resistance, lengthen + relax. the focus on deep breathing allows you be comfortable with being uncomfortable – temporarily. the release of a deeply held stretch is a sensation like no other + will help you achieve greater flexibility + strength in other classes.
